2. Hydraulic system maintenance:
Use hydraulic oil specially designed for high-temperature environments to maintain good viscosity;
Check the oil tank vents to prevent moisture condensation caused by air humidity;
Install an oil temperature alarm device and shut down the machine in time for protection.
3. Strengthen lubrication management:
Select high-temperature resistant grease or lubricating oil;
Shorten the lubrication cycle, focusing on sliding and high-load parts;
Use an automatic lubrication system to improve efficiency.
4. Cooling design of electric control cabinets:
