Successful Installation of Two Furnaces for 500T and 800T Die Casting Machines

Project Background

To ensure the stable and efficient operation of the newly installed 500T and 800T die casting machines, we coordinated the procurement, transportation, installation, and commissioning of these two matching furnaces.
Our engineering team was responsible for the entire process — from equipment selection and site preparation to installation and final testing — ensuring that every detail met the project’s high standards.

Installation Highlights

1) Foundation Preparation: Before installation, the foundation was reinforced and leveled to support the furnace's weight and ensure proper alignment with the die casting machines and exhaust systems.

2) Delivery and Positioning: Both furnaces arrived on site as scheduled. Despite challenges such as limited workshop space and complex pipework, our team managed precise lifting, section assembly, and accurate alignment to complete safe installation.

3) System Setup and Testing: After completing the installation of the furnace body, heating units, fuel/electrical systems, and auxiliary equipment, we carried out preheating, no-load, and full-load testing. All performance indicators — including thermal efficiency, temperature stability, and safety — met the expected requirements.

4) Ready for Operation: Following on-site acceptance, both furnaces are now fully operational and running in coordination with the 500T and 800T die casting machines.
