It is a container widely used in hot chamber die-casting machines for molten zinc alloys and other materials. It has good heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and at a lower cost. The ceramic coating on the surface can isolate the molten metal from direct contact with the cast iron crucible, reduce metal penetration and chemical reaction, at the same time withstand high temperatures of >1400℃, making it more durable.

Some Maintenance Tips:
It would be better to preheat before use and gradually increase the temperature to avoid cracks caused by sudden temperature changes;
Clean regularly to avoid excessive adhesion of molten metal residues, which affects heating efficiency;
Try to control the temperature within the recommended range to avoid accelerated damage to the crucible due to overheating.
