of the mold, the aluminum liquid solidifies and forms in a very short time.
When the part solidifies, the die-casting machine opens the mold and pushes the molded aluminum part out through the ejection mechanism. At the same time, some
subsequent processing may be required, such as removing flash and burrs and performing necessary surface treatment to improve appearance and performance.
The aluminum die-casting process has many advantages. It can not only produce parts with complex shapes and high precision but also can achieve large-scale
production with high production efficiency.
However, the process also has some challenges. The charge of the mold is usually high, especially for molds with complex shapes and unusual materials. Meanwhile,
the control of process parameters is very critical, such as pressure, temperature, speed, and so on need to be accurately grasped to ensure the quality of
parts.
