The soup feeder is used to quantitatively deliver liquid metal to the injection chamber of the die-casting machine. It
can ensure an accurate and stable supply of molten metal.
The sprayer is used to spray the mold cavity before die casting to play the role of cooling, lubrication, and demolding.
The take-out machine is used to automatically take out the die-casting parts after the die-casting is completed,
improving production efficiency and safety.
In addition, there is some auxiliary equipment, such as the mold temperature controller, which is used to control the
mold temperature to ensure temperature stability during the die-casting process; the deburring equipment is used to
remove the excess parts on the die-casting parts; the shot-blasting machine is used to clean and strengthen the surface
of the die-casting parts.
In the die-casting production line, these equipment cooperate with each other and work together to complete the die-
casting process. Different equipment have their own characteristics and requirements in terms of functions and
performances and need to be reasonably selected and configured according to the specific die-casting process and product
requirements.
With the continuous advancement of technology, die-casting equipment is also constantly developing and innovating. New die-
casting machines have higher efficiency, precision, and automation; mold materials and manufacturing technologies are
also constantly improving to meet higher requirements of die-casting production.
In short, there are many types of equipment used in die-casting, which jointly support the smooth progress of the die-
casting process and the guarantee of the quality of die-casting parts.
