LK integrated vacuum technology SmartVac combines the vacuum and die-casting process in one system. Air can be evacuated both from the shot sleeve and the die. It 

offers a centralized easy operation through a human-machine interface. 

The automatic optimization of the first phase at the touch of a button enables a shorter cycle time and better filling of the dye as well as less trapped air.

The integrated data storage guarantees full traceability while its filter monitoring allows for predictive maintenance.
